Coach Kenny admitted: "I can feel that I am improving and much more better. I have been cycling for about a week or so, probably it is one of the key. Although it is tiring, but it really helps, especially the body and legs. But, rest also needed, because no matter how fit and tough a person is, you have to take a rest and if necessary, some medication. Example, sports like football and cycling, the most effective part is the thigh and the knees, calfs, etc. If a person is not caution enough, there are cases of having disease in the blood vessels or the body part which over-worked."

Kenny: "5 Reasons Why Players Must Be U-12 And Part Of KVFC".
In the interest of fair playing and strict rules to every football in the world. Coach K.M explained "Why Players Must Be U-12 And Part f KVFC".
Kenny explained: Firstly and most importantly: "I want to have a team which is formed by me and players who listens to me. It is not whoever comes here can take charge in control of. Anyone can comes here, but not takes the call. I know there are one or two that do not like me or the way I handle things in the football thing. But, this is his/her own thinking. Not me and not the other player's thinking. This does not mean and this does not applied that, even if you pay the fees or pay for the jersey, and then you can do anything you like or want. The main issue is that, everyone comes here together and build a team together."
Secondly: "The kids and children are more eaiser to talk to and they listens to me. Right now, I only can say that the U-12 age group will be the best, possible and positive solution. The senior players have grown up and are more sensible and big enough to think. I believe this is also one of every football team rules. I hope everyone can understand."
Thirdly: "When we talks about any activities, competition or tournament. It is not whether when we heard about the word or event of. I want players who are really truthful to themselves, honoured to themselves, sincerely to themselves and so on. It is not about asking your friends to come along or take part in the event and then after that you left. I remember, in 2005. When I registered for a football event, held by NOKIA. I bought shirts for the players and then after that, they threw away and then left. So, this is one of the reason why players must be part of a football team."
Fourth: "The kids and children have proved themselves, they are here to build a team together. They are willing to pay a monthly fee basis and I know who they are. It is not just about the money, but they are here in their mind, with their heart, by their soul. And I know who they are."
Fifth: "I have been saying a lot of times, We do not do things for the reward or benefit from something. Like I said, the kids and children should have more opportunities and U-12 will be the best, possible and positive solution. I would also encourage their parents to follow and come along. Because in our life, without our parents, then we won't be living in this planet. And in world football, it is not about yourself alone."
23rd March 2010, 13:58 HRS:

Kenny explained: "I am still having some light injuries, but it does not matter. But, I don't really see that we are playing football today. We have enough players on each side, but we are definitely not playing football. People passing by might see that we are playing football. To me, I don't think so. I am at the back, full back and defending. Other than the goal keeper, no one is helping me. I am not concern about the other side, but I am observing and monitoring both sides. I do not want to carry on, becasue of the children here are coming for football and learning to kick the ball. I can only say that, no one is at the back or being a defender."
The early players gets the ball rolling.

Kenny highlighted: "I am really Pleased with the players, particularly the kids like: "Azeem", "Zulkanian", Ryan, "Peng Rong", "Ze Hong" and Shang Hua. They are not afraid to pick-up challenge from adults and they are willing to play against them. In fact, we did not play rough, we did not show any violence, but we play like a team."
Kenny added: "Like a game yesterday, I was left with "Zulkanian" and Lavesh, we persists, we takes on the adults and then we won the "Last Goal Rule", "Away Goal Rule". So, I believe this is the strongest spirit in football ever."

Next, while everything ended, "Harjot" was late and missed a learning experience of football, challenging with the adults.
Coach Kenny said: "It was a very very good opportunity to play football against those adults and it is a learning experience to improve myself and as well as, for those young players. They are working very hard together and really shows the team spirit."
Kenny continued: "Especially when my side are all young kids and our opponents are adults, we defend together and attack together. We got the first goal and then another one. But when we conceded a goal, 2 - 1, we had some problems in defending and some mistakes.
I received a couple of assists from Ryan, but it was just out of luck. I have about 3 successful turn around volleys, but it went off the post. Everyone were working very hard non-stop and keeping on. But we had some problems and lost 7 - 2.
I believe, everyone witnessed today's game and this proves that we are not afraid to play with the adults and anyone. Particularly, the children are the ones."

In the last minute, Coach Kenny's side was only left with "Zulkanian" and Visitor Lavesh. Takes on Mr Neo Uncle Soon, "Peng Rong", "Ze Hong", "Rishi", "Sean" and Visitor Tussar.
3 against 6, 3 goals mark but Last Goal Win counts. Two goals scored by Mr Neo Uncle Soon's side, but Coach Kenny took a goal kick, a long range shot and netted the Last Goal.
Coach K.M explains why Last Goal Win Rule, "Away Goal Rule", "Ahmad" and New Visitor: Muhaimi.
He explained: "Sometimes, in football it is like this. We have to accept that and everyone has come to an agreement. We can score as many goals as we can, but sometimes when we are out of the time or when we are ending the match, a 3 or 5 goals mark will be played, but Last Goal Win counts. It is just like the "Away Goal Rule".
Kenny added: "I am glad that "Ahmad" returns, he is a good player and a nice boy and he is improving. Next, I was surprised by New Visitor: Muhaimi. He is very young and interesting. Though he has a kind of cute looking face, but he is fine in goal keeping and already kicking the ball very well."

Coach K.M added: "He is also a kind of player, who understand and adapted things very quickily and like I said earlier, he do not get angry. With just 4 appearnaces including today, I have been observing on him, he is a goal scorer, not the kind of powerful strike, but he is a quality great goal scorer."
Next, Boss Kenny was also upset about Ryan, that he suffers some minor injuries during this afternoon's matches. And about his decision to join KVFC.
Kenny noted: "I am upset for Ryan, he had some pain in his legs and was really tired. But he was struggling and trying hard to play as much as he can."
Kenny stated: "Talking about his decision on joining KVFC, I cannot say he really wants to join and I cannot decide for him. I wanted him to be part of the team, but maybe is because he is looking for a solution on the monthly fee basis. Hopefully, this can be resolved soon."

Boss on: "Rishi", Ryan, Zulkanian and Last Goal.
KVFT Boss Kenny, talks about the players and why everyone are working very hard for the last goal, right after a training match on the 27th Febraury 2010.
Kenny explained: "First, I would like to talk about "Rishi". He has been here for nearly 3 years, he has been here for a very long time and he is also the earliest player here. I noticed he is always avoiding the senior players and not working hard at all times. He is improving but, not everytime he is doing something. So, he needs to overcome this stage."
"Second, I would like to Thank Ryan and Zulkanian, friends of "Azeem". Both of them are showing foot work and keen to play football here. I have spoken to Ryan a few times, if he is interested in joining the "Black Ghosts". But, he needs time to consider. About Zulkanian, he is a fantastic player. After some trainings at KVFT, especially on the 26th and 27th February 2010, he shown a brilliant display on defending and scoring skills. He rushes back to defend and always have movements at the pitch. So, he is really a quality player. He is also a kind and helpful boy, with good conduct too."
"Lastly, I would like to talk about why everyone are looking for the last goal. Whenever we wanted to end a game out of time, we will play a last goal to decide. And it is always like this, when we are playing for the last goal, each of the players are struggling and working very hard to defend and score the last goal. Winning or not is not important, because after the game, it will be over. Generally, the main thing is physical."
